What is the goal of a pharmacy school interview?
The importance of the interview was emphasized to us by a number of candidates who had previously applied to pharmacy school. “Until you really come and experience it for yourself, it’s extremely difficult to determine where you want to go,” said pharmacy student Bethany Von Hoff.

- What inspired your decision to pursue a career in pharmacy? Describe the significant purpose that you see in the work as well as your passion in the field it belongs to.

Why should we give you a spot when we could offer it to someone else who is more deserving? The vast majority of people who are interviewed are at a loss for what to say in response to this challenging topic. Make the most of this occasion to highlight your various capabilities and strong points.
- Describe what it is that makes you who you are as well as the value that you can contribute to the community of students.
- You can’t speak for the capabilities of other people, but you can talk for yourself and your own accomplishments.

Do you keep up with the latest developments in the industry? What has captured your attention as of late? You should Google “current developments in pharmacy,” read a few relevant articles, and then be ready to provide your response. The most important thing is to demonstrate that you care and that you have a genuine interest in pharmacy.
You don’t need to worry about it because they won’t go into further detail on the topic; therefore, you don’t have to study the specifics of contemporary medical breakthroughs in order to impress them. You only need to mention two or three items that drew your attention, and everything will go well. What activities do you have planned for your time at the university, other than the obvious one of studying?
