How To Check Your Pharmacy Technician License Status?

In order to obtain a license to work as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of California, you are required to fulfill the prerequisites outlined in section 4202 of the Business and Professions Code.

  1. Before inquiring about the status of your application, please let the board forty-five days to process it.
  2. If there is anything missing from your application, the board will let you know via letter.

  5. A third company is responsible for printing and mailing licenses to applicants. New licenses will be mailed to the address of record that is kept on file with the board and should arrive between four and six weeks after an existing license has been issued.

  1. Around ninety days before the day when a license is set to expire, renewal letters are mailed out to the address that is on record for the license.
